VISA ASSISTANCE

Each attendee from a non-Schengen country is responsible for securing accurate information regarding requirements to obtain Visa and enter Poland. After successful payment for registration, a registered attendee may request a PDF/emailed invitation letter. The Organisation Committee has no influence on an individual’s application to an Embassy or other agency for a visa to travel to Poland. The Organisation Committee is also not responsible for the outcome of an individual’s visa application.
